REFUND/RETURN POLICIES

We are confident of our products and would like to offer a 7 days refund and return policy to all our customers. 

Our return/refund policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since the fulfillment of the item, we won't be able to offer you a refund or exchange anymore.

To be eligible for a return/refund, you must send us an email:

In the email, please state the following:

- Reasons why you want to return or refund. Z-Watches reserve the rights to reject your return/refund reason. Do note that Z-Watches do not entertain change of mind as a reason for returns. 

- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Without this, we won't be able to accept any refund or return. 

- Customers have to pay for shipping fee and ship to:

Please DO NOT ship your items back to the manufacturer directly. 

We are not responsible for any lost items during shipping. Please coordinate well with your shipper. 

Upon receiving the items, we reserve the rights to reject return/refund for the following reasons: 


* Signs of usage, be it minor or major, we do not accept.

* Signs of tampering of the item that do not allow us to resell to other customers.

* We have to top up using our own resources (financial or non financial) in order to make good the item suitable for resale to other customers.

* Standard product wrappings that have been wrinkled, removed, torn or damaged that makes it unsuitable to sell to other customers.

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or for reasons resulting from shipping to us. 

* Any item that is returned more than 21 days after delivery will not be accepted.

Refunds (if applicable)


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the reason is rejected due to the above reasons, you will have to responsible and bear the cost of return shipping back to your address. Our admin will get the prevailing market shipping cost and forward to your email for processing.

For all refund rejection cases, we WILL NOT ship back the item if no returned shipping is arranged or paid for by the customer. 

If the refund is approved, then your refund will be processed within 7-14 working days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment or bank transfer whichever is convenient.

Note: 

- If the items are already shipped out and the refund is approved, there will be a 7% cancellation fee surcharge + SGD$75 admin and shipping fee that were incurred for the processing and shipping of your order. 

- All cancellation before the item is shipped out will incur a 7% cancellation fee.

- All transaction fees, exchange rate conversion fees, internet bank transfer fees or any other 3rd party fund transfer fees will be borne by the customer. 

- The final refund amount will be after deduction of all the above chargeable fees.

- Z-Watches only accepts international shipping courier company for all return items with insurance paid for the items. We do not accept courier that has no international insurance coverage as the items may be damaged with no insurance claim.  

We advise all customers to please consider all the above before making a decision to arrange for refunds as you may incur unnecessary cancelation cost, admin fees, shipping cost and refund transaction fees which can be rather significant in amount. 


Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

You should receive your refund within 7-14 working days. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at zwatchessgp@gmail.com.

Sale Items (if applicable)


Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

All Sale Items will have the word 'Promotion' listed on the product title or otherwise stated on the respective webpages. 

Exchange/Warranty (if applicable)

We offer International Manufacturer's Warranty of 1 year for all our items.

We only offer EXCHANGE OF ITEMS if the defects or damages are due to manufacturing fault and must be immediately highlighted and emailed to us within 24 hours after receiving the products.

Any issue after 24hours will be classified under Warranty Repair or Wear and Tear damage repair and there will not be any FREE exchange of items.

We accept all Warranty Repair or Wear and Tear repair arrangement.

Attach your purchase documents in the package for easy identification by our admin. 

Do not ship directly to the manufacturers. We will not be responsible for any lost shipment. Please coordinate well with your shipper. 

All shipping by customers must be accompanied with insurance in case the items go missing or are damaged in the process. Z-Watches will not be responsible for the any unforeseen costs that incurred if the items shipped to us are not insured. 

Warranty Exchange/Warranty Repair/Wear and Tear Repair will typically take about 30 days. 

Warranty Exchange request within 24 hours of reporting will be subjected to stringent check when the factory receive the items. If there are any signs of usages, wear and tear or any tampering of the watches, we reserve the rights to reject warranty exchanges and will classify the repair under Wear and Tear repair. If the item was opened up, tampered with, or any signs of modifications, we will not proceed with any repair (warranty or Wear and Tear repair) and will arrange to ship back the item back to the customer. All returned shipping cost must be borne by the customer.  

If the item is successfully approved for Warranty Exchange due to manufacturer defect when customer first received the item, customers will only bear the one way shipping fee to us. Z-Watches will arrange free shipping when resending the exchanged item.  

If it is approved for Warranty Repair, Warranty Repair will be Free of Charge but all shipping (2 Ways) must be paid by the customers. Our customer service team will advise on the prevailing shipping rate from manufacturer location to your address. We will not ship back the item if no returned shipping is arranged or paid for by the customers.

Wear and Tear Repair Fee is chargeable and will be advised accordingly by our customer service team on a case by case basis. All shipping (2 Ways) must be paid by the customers. Our customer service team will advise on the prevailing shipping rate from manufacturer location to your address. We will not ship back the item if no returned shipping is arranged or paid for by the customers.

All Warranty Exchange/ Warranty Repair requests will only take effect after our Repair Department has received, inspected your items and approved it under Warranty Exchanges Repair. 

Z-Watches reserves the rights to reject warranty claims for the following reasons:

- Damaged items are not due to manufacturer's defect. The manufacturers will get check the items to ensure the damages are not caused by normal wear and tear before approving warranty repair.

- Signs of usage, be it minor or major, we do not accept.

- Signs of tampering of the item. 

- Damages due to modifications, accident, negligence, improper usages, damages deemed as wear and tear causes, etc..  

- Any other reasons determined by the manufacturers that the cause of damage did not originate from the factory.

Shipping back to us for any reasons should be to the following address:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for all returns of items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We do not accept courier company asking us to pay for the shipping at our end. We will reject all shipment that hasn't been paid for.

Please ensure all shipping cost has been paid for before sending.

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. And we are not responsible for lost items during shipping.


Gifts (If applicable)
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
